A Clean Slate cleans empty homes and vacant spaces.  We attend to the cleaning tasks a client may find overwhelming when selling an old house, moving into a new house, turning over a rental property, readying new construction for owners, or moving a parent out of their former home.
 
We use machines, equipment, materials and cleaning agents which allow us to complete a job efficiently and completely.  When detailing a home, our first step mapping out a plan of attack – we start cleaning the least used areas of the house first.  We work our way logically toward and out the door so we don't track dirt where we have cleaned.  We save the most used items in a home for the end like completing a final vacuum or wiping finger prints off the faucets.
 
We use a Commercial Steam Cleaner on many areas of the home.  The steamer heats water to 300 degrees which creates dry steam that disinfects and deodorizes.  It also removes previous cleaning chemicals, especially on floors.  (Have you noticed floors are often sticky when cleaned by commercial cleaning agents?  The steamer removes the residue and leaves the floors remarkably clean!)  The steamer allows us to clean your home without using as many chemicals which is good for us as well as for the environment.
 
We use a Dyson DC-17 Animal to vacuum your home which is designed to remove pet hair that is often difficult to pick up with traditional and commercial vacuums.  When we use chemicals, we use the correct detergent for the job; we have an arsenal full of tools to remove soap scum, grease, spots, stains, etc.  Finally, we use plenty of ELBOW GREASE which is what is needed to clean to our high standards.
